Program goal:
Program dedicated to teaching the world-famous Swiss traditions to tomorrow’s industry leaders. Students follow an exciting curriculum comprising of academic and practical elements, expertise and languages. Each subject provides knowledge and skills critical to students’ future career in the hospitality industry.
Program structure:
Year 1: 1 academic semester (5 months) & paid internship in Switzerland or worldwide (4-6 months)
Year 2: 1 academic semester (5 months) & paid internship in Switzerland or worldwide (4-6 months)
Year 3: 2 academic semesters (10 months) & Dissertation/Integrated Project (6 weeks)
