One-year Master of Arts in Culinary Business Management at Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland
Program goal:
Providing the graduates with an in-depth understanding of gastronomy and culinary arts, the MA builds on culinary knowledge, skill and creativity so that you are able to demonstrate your innovative ideas in the setting up and development of your own culinary business plan. The degree is awarded in partnership with Derby University (UK).
Program Structure:
The academic year is divided into terms. 1 Term = 11 weeks.
The program consists of 2 academic terms, followed by a 4-6-month optional paid internship in Switzerland or abroad.
