A one-year Master of Arts in Hospitality and Tourism Entrepreneurship at César Ritz Colleges Switzerland
Program goal:
Prepare students to launch and maintain a sustainable and profitable business. You will learn how to explore innovative business opportunities and maintain a sustainable and profitable business. The degree is awarded upon submission of an independent business project. The degree is awarded in partnership with Derby University (UK)
Program structure:
The program consists of 2 academic terms, 11 weeks each, with a 4-6-month internship after Term 2 and a dissertation.

Program content:
In term 1 the modules of “Business research methods”, “Hospitality Industry Operations & Trends” and “Corporate Finance &Managerial Decision Making” serve as an introduction to good business decision-making. Specialist modules in “Innovation Management: Transforming Ideas into Successful businesses” and Corporate Entrepreneurship for Hospitality and Tourism” provide students with in depth knowledge to explore new and innovative business opportunities in this growing industry.
